Connect for Impact

It’s time to confront our overwhelm, face our stress, and thrive as resilient leaders of impact. Join us this month as we dive into our theme of ‘Mental Wellness.’

About The Event:

Are you ready to take control of your overwhelm and finally break through your stress?

This month Integrous Women is tackling our theme of “Mental Wellness” by bringing you the space to connect, learn from experienced teachers, and the support to take transformational action.

As a community, Integrous Women is about upholding our personal and professional integrity in the way we live our lives to maximize positive and sustainable impact in the world. Join us for a candid and honest conversation about overcoming our stress in order to live our lives to the fullest.

Our featured speaker, Carolyn Colleen, will be teaching us:

  1. New ways to navigate stress
  2. How to build resilience
  3. How to take control of our day, 5 minutes at a time

We pride ourselves on our experiential learning process. Come ready to engage, connect and share ideas with other heart-centered leaders!

Every month we also invite a fellow Integrous Women member to share wisdom and tips with us in a “5 minute teacher” segment.

This month, we will hear from Pauline Scully and she will be teaching:

“60 Seconds of Joy”

How to incorporate mini self-care sessions into your day and what that can look like.
